1-Year Warranty

If the gear fails within a year of delivery, we replace it free. One email, a photo of the failure, and a replacement ships. No receipts hunt — your order email is the record.

What's covered

• Zipper failure — separation, jamming, pull-tab breakage
• Seam splits or quilting coming apart in normal use
• D-ring pulling loose at the collar
• Booties: sole separation from the upper, drawstring or cord-lock failure

What isn't

• Chewing damage — no dog gear survives a determined chewer
• Normal wear: pilling, fading, scuffed soles
• Damage from machine drying or bleach (see the care instructions)
• Lost gear

How to claim

Email us (address in the footer) with your order number or the email you ordered under, plus a photo of the failure. Claims get a reply within one business day, and approved replacements ship within two.

One replacement per item purchased. The warranty covers replacement, not refund — refunds run under the standard 30-day return policy.
