Fit & sizing

What size should I order?
Measure your dog's chest at the widest point and match it against the size chart. The vest runs about two sizes small versus typical US pet-apparel sizing — a 21 lb dog fits a 2XL. Between sizes, size up.

My dog is deep-chested. Anything different?
Add one more size beyond the chart match. Chest girth is the measurement that matters most with a back-zip design.

What if the size is wrong?
30-day returns and exchanges. Email us the size that missed and we'll get the right one moving.

Weather & materials

Is it waterproof?
It's water-resistant. The quilted shell beads off drizzle and snow on a normal walk; a soaking downpour will eventually get through. One buyer put it plainly: "it helps as a coat, not for rain."

How warm is it?
Padded PP-cotton insulation under a smooth lining — built for cold walks, and it layers over a sweater in hard freezes. Packed weight runs 75–190 g by size.

How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold or machine wash gentle in a laundry bag, hang to dry. No tumble drying — heat clumps the fill. No bleach, no ironing, no dry cleaning.

Using it

How does it go on?
Unzip the back, front legs through the two openings, zip down the back. No threading paws through sleeves.

Can I clip a leash to it?
Yes — the metal D-ring at the collar takes a clip directly. For strong pullers, clip to a harness underneath; the back-zip design leaves room for one.

How much is shipping?

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days; typical US delivery is 7–12 business days, tracked. Follow any order on the Track Your Order page.

Is there a discount for buying the vest and booties together?

What does the warranty cover?
Zipper, seam, sole, or D-ring failure within a year of delivery — we replace the item free. Details on the warranty page.
