Chest is the measurement that matters most for a back-zip vest.
Booties size on paw width, which weight can't predict. Measure the widest part of a front paw with the dog standing on it (paws spread under load).
Seven sizes, XXS–XXL, for small and medium dogs and cats. They run small — "too small" is the most common sizing complaint on the source listing, and "correct size" reviews cluster where buyers sized up. Between sizes, go up — the drawstring cinches a slightly roomy boot snug, while a tight one compresses the paw and gets kicked off.
