What the timeline looks like

• Day 0–2: order confirmed, label created, tracking number emailed.
• Day 2–5: first carrier scans. Gaps of a day or two between scans are normal in this window.
• Day 7–12: typical US delivery on standard shipping.

No movement for 5+ days, or 15 days with no delivery? Email us — if you added Shipping Protection we reship immediately; either way we chase it.
