Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Typical US delivery is 7–12 business days on standard. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the label is created — follow it any time on the Track Your Order page.
An optional $3.99 add-on at checkout. If a protected order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we reship it free — one email to us, no carrier claims process. Unprotected orders are still covered by carrier claims; they just take longer.
30 days from delivery. Wrong size, changed your mind, or the gear didn't match this site's description — email us for a return or exchange. Size exchanges ship free both ways.
Zipper, seam, sole, or D-ring failure within a year of delivery is covered by the 1-year replacement warranty.
