This website is operated by Mitsi and Co ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Products and fit

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Size charts and fit guidance are estimates: please measure your dog before ordering. Use our products only as described, and supervise your dog while wearing them.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Product availability may change. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or we cannot fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information.

Reviews and content

Text, photos and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Customer reviews reflect the reviewer's own experience.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Measure with your dog standing

  1. Chest: around the widest part of the ribs, just behind the front legs. This is the measurement that matters most.
  2. Back: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  3. Neck: around the base of the neck, where the vest will sit. The vest chart does not list neck.

Measure chest first, then back. Pick the size whose ranges cover your dog. If you land on a line, size up. Neck is not listed on the chart. Size swaps are available within 30 days.

Breed and weight

A starting point only. Two dogs of the same breed and weight can need different sizes, so confirm with chest and back on the chart above.

Enter a breed, a weight, or both. Neither can confirm fit; check chest and back before ordering. Breed figures come from veterinary records of adult pet dogs where we have them, otherwise the AKC breed standard.
