Size swaps

Wrong size? You can swap it within 30 days of delivery. Email us at admin@mitsiandco.com with your order number and your dog's chest, neck and back measurements. The new size costs nothing extra and ships free.

If we ask for the original item back, the postage to return it is paid by you. Please don't send anything back until we reply with instructions.

Returns for a refund

You can request a return for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in their original condition and packaging.

Email us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us promptly with your order number and photos so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If your order is delayed beyond the delivery window in our shipping policy, we'll give you an updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Measure with your dog standing

  1. Chest: around the widest part of the ribs, just behind the front legs. This is the measurement that matters most.
  2. Back: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  3. Neck: around the base of the neck, where the vest will sit. The vest chart does not list neck.

Measure chest first, then back. Pick the size whose ranges cover your dog. If you land on a line, size up. Neck is not listed on the chart. Size swaps are available within 30 days.

Breed and weight

A starting point only. Two dogs of the same breed and weight can need different sizes, so confirm with chest and back on the chart above.
