We ship to addresses in the United States.

Standard US shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days. Typical US delivery takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Every order is tracked.

We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships. You can also look up your order at mitsiandco.com/apps/track123.

Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the delivery window above, we'll email you an updated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking stops updating, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damage) and we'll make it right.

Measure with your dog standing

  1. Chest: around the widest part of the ribs, just behind the front legs. This is the measurement that matters most.
  2. Back: from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  3. Neck: around the base of the neck, where the vest will sit. The vest chart does not list neck.

A starting point only. Two dogs of the same breed and weight can need different sizes, so confirm with chest and back on the chart above.
